1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Image Editor Studio ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. User Content & Ownership Rights

Image Editor Studio functions as a client-side utility operating in your browser. With respect to User Content:

• Retention of All Rights: You retain complete, unrestricted copyright and intellectual property rights in every photograph, graphic, document, and composite created with the tool.
• Commercial & Personal Use: You are completely free to utilize all exported files for commercial advertising, client deliverables, merchandise, print, and personal projects without paying royalties or requiring attribution.
• Responsibility for Content: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary licenses, copyrights, and permissions for any source images you load into the editor.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Image Editor Studio to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of third parties.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer maliciously, or overload the server infrastructure hosting the application assets.
• Circumvent or manipulate any security, rate-limiting, or access restrictions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMAGE EDITOR STUDIO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we make every effort to deliver continuous, defect-free service, we do not warrant that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely immune to browser compatibility discrepancies or device memory crashes. You are encouraged to save your project files (.imagedoc) frequently.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IMAGE EDITOR STUDIO, ITS CREATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFIT, OR WORK PRODUCT) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Service Updates & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, refine, update, or temporarily suspend any feature, tool, or component of Image Editor Studio at our discretion without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
